By visiting, accessing, browsing, or otherwise using Volcanic (the "Service"), including any API endpoint, key, dashboard, documentation, or tool distributed, sold, or made available under the Volcanic name, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Tools Provided "As Is"
Everything offered under Volcanic — the Pull Nearest Player API, the GT-to-IP database, the Just Left resolver, geo/ISP enrichment, host detection, and any future endpoint — is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee of accuracy, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or that any result returned is correct, complete, or lawful to act upon in your jurisdiction.
2. You Are Responsible For What You Do
Volcanic is a provider of data and analysis infrastructure. We are NOT responsible, and accept no liability whatsoever, for any action performed, decision made, or outcome caused by you or any third party using the tools, APIs, data, keys, or anything else sold or distributed under the Volcanic name. The Service is a neutral tool; how you choose to use it is entirely your own responsibility.
If the Service is used for any dangerous, harmful, harassing, malicious, illegal, or otherwise improper purpose, that use is solely and exclusively the responsibility of the person performing it — not Volcanic, not its operators, and not its founders. This is America, and each person is responsible for the exercise of their own freedom and their own choices. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volcanic, EndlessNoChill, Raid, and all affiliated parties from any claim, loss, or damages arising out of your use of the Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the proprietary scoring logic that runs server-side; not to share, leak, or abuse API keys; not to exceed your plan's rate limits or circumvent authentication; and not to use the Service in violation of any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate any key or account, at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice.
4. API Keys & Billing
API keys are issued per plan and are personal to you. You are responsible for all activity under your key, including activity by anyone you give it to. Fees are billed per your selected plan; usage over your allotment may be throttled or rejected. We reserve the right to change pricing, limits, and available endpoints at any time.
5. No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Volcanic or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
